Whether you’re an employee\, employer\, or simply interested in learning more about workplace rights and responsibilities\, this session is tailored to meet your needs. \nOur guest speaker this month is Ludmilla Jarda\, a licensed bilingual lawyer and CWCLN’s Legal Affairs Board of Director. With her extensive experience as an adjudicator and litigator\, Ludmilla has advised on various legal matters\, including employment law\, personal injury\, and civil litigation. She has handled a wide range of claims\, including wrongful dismissal\, human rights issues\, and negotiated employment contracts. \nTo conclude the session\, we’ll guide you through creating a visual representation of what we can and cannot control in the workplace.
