DESCRIPTION:A culturally conscious intimate healing space for racialized women and femmes\n \n  \nDescription of the Workshop: \nThis workshop takes its inspiration from our ancestors’ heritage in creative ways to be inspired and to inspire others. Helping others in their healing process and gaining strength in our own self-exploration and growth by going back to our roots while using creative expression such as a Jam Board and Moving through the moods. In doing so\, we are destigmatizing mental health and investing in healing our Racialized and Black communities. \n  \n  \nFacilitators: \nJacklyn St Laurent\, Wellness Director\, Registered Psychotherapist\nKahmaria Pingue\, Registered Psychotherapist\nEmma Lui\, Holistic Health Director & Holistic Health Practitioner  \n  \n  \nProgram Dates:\n Dates: June\, 4th\, 11th\, 18th\, 25th & July\, 9th and 16th  \nTime: 4pm to 5:30pm \nWhere: In-person at the ACB Wellness Resource Centre\, 1021 Cyrville Rd Unit #9 \n  \n  \nApply to Join Creative Expressions\n  \nParticipants must be located in the Ottawa area and are able to commit to all six workshop dates. Spaces are limited.\nA waitlist will be held for cancellations and offered on a first-response basis.  \n  \n
