The Canadian Women of Colour Leadership Network (CWCLN) provides career opportunities and educational programs catered towards racialized women and non-binary people to help them obtain leadership positons in all work fields.
The CWCLN is an Ottawa-based national community network of novice and seasoned professionals that fosters an environment of leadership, mentorship and respect from one another.
