Our Pillars

CWCLN’s work is grounded in four interconnected pillars that have guided our organization since its early development: Women in Leadership, Women’s Economic Development, Community Partnerships and Events, and Wellness.

Together, these pillars shape how we develop programs, build partnerships, strengthen community capacity and create opportunities for Black and racialized women and femmes to access support, develop skills, build connections and thrive.
