The Canadian Women of Colour Leadership Network (CWCLN) is a Black-led and Black-serving community organization creating culturally responsive programs, education and supports that centre Black women and femmes while serving Black and other racialized communities.
Our work spans mental health and wellness, leadership and mentorship, economic and workforce development, peer support, system navigation, creative wellness, and community education and connection.

Join us for Creative Expressions: Rooted & Radiant – The Fifth Element: Spirit, a FREE seven-week creative wellness experience created exclusively for Black and racialized women, femmes, non-binary, and gender-diverse community members.
This year’s journey explores Spirit, the part of us that dreams, creates, imagines, connects, and finds meaning. Together, we’ll create space to honour our stories, celebrate our culture, spark our curiosity, and discover new ways to express ourselves through creativity, community, and connection.

Canadian Women of Colour Leadership Network (CWCLN) is dedicated to preserving programs that empower Black and racialized women through advocacy, outreach, and transformative training initiatives.
Our work includes advocacy for Black maternal health, outreach to underserved communities, and leadership training as a vehicle for economic security. We offer vital programs like mental health counseling, peer support networks, and creative expression for healing and empowerment. These efforts strengthen partnerships, address systemic barriers, and create meaningful opportunities for women and femmes of colour.
Your support amplifies access to critical resources, advocacy, and community connections.
Help us reach 2,500 signatures to sustain these life-changing services.
