Education and shared learning are central to CWCLN’s work.
We create culturally responsive learning opportunities that strengthen knowledge, skills, confidence and community capacity. Our education and training activities bring together lived experience, community knowledge and practical learning to support Black and racialized women, femmes, peer workers, community members and organizations.
Through peer-support training, continued professional development, community learning and opportunities to connect with trained peer-support workers, we help strengthen culturally responsive approaches to wellness, leadership and community care.
