Our Peer Support Collective & Community of Practice is rooted in lived experience and community care. These trainings equip peer facilitators with the tools to lead, listen, and support their communities.

 Become a Peer-Support Facilitator

CWCLN offers an equitable Peer-Support Facilitation Training designed to prepare participants to provide inclusive, trauma-informed support within Black, Indigenous, and racialized communities.

This training is grounded in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) principles and lived experience, addressing the unique mental health needs of BIPOC and ACB individuals.

“Together We Rise” Bystander Training

We hosted Together We Rise, an initiative focused on bystander intervention and anti-Black racism education.

Through interactive exercises and guided reflection, participants learned how to recognize, interrupt, and respond to racism and microaggressions in workplaces, community spaces, and institutions.

This training encouraged collective responsibility, empowering participants to stand in solidarity and foster equity-centered environments where everyone feels seen and safe.
