Violet’s Voice is a social enterprise that equips Black and racialized women and femmes with the skills, support, and confidence to re-enter or advance in the Canadian workforce.

Rooted in Ottawa and growing across Canada, we combine hands-on training with real-world employment opportunities. Through event coordination, admin support, and professional mentorship, women build the tools they need to thrive economically, professionally, and personally.
