The Canadian Women of Colour Leadership Network (CWCLN) is a grassroots organization that provides mental health programs and services, career development, wellness workshops and other programming to support the development of racialized women and non-binary professionals into tomorrow’s leaders.

Our work includes advocacy for Black maternal health, outreach to underserved communities, and leadership training as a vehicle for economic security. We offer vital programs like mental health counseling, peer support networks, and creative expression for healing and empowerment. These efforts strengthen partnerships, address systemic barriers, and create meaningful opportunities for women and femmes of colour.
Your support amplifies access to critical resources, advocacy, and community connections.
Help us reach 2,500 signatures to sustain these life-changing services.

We’re thrilled to introduce Healing in Connection — a new counselling initiative created to support racialized women and femmes in Ottawa during the holiday season.
In partnership with Myrtha Counselling, Psychotherapy and Research Centre, the Canadian Women of Colour Leadership Network (CWCLN) is offering subsidized, culturally sensitive counselling sessions that provide a safe space to pause, breathe, and receive support that truly understands your lived experience.
This initiative is about more than counselling — it’s about community, care, and connection.
