Programs

At CWCLN, our programs are rooted in community, connection, learning and well-being. As a Black-led and Black-serving organization, our work centres the experiences of Black women and femmes while creating culturally responsive spaces and opportunities for Black and other racialized women, femmes and community members.

Our programming has grown alongside the communities we serve. Across our work, we support mental health and wellness, peer connection, leadership and mentorship, career and workforce development, creative expression, system navigation and community support, and Black maternal health and reproductive justice.

Our programs are designed to meet people where they are. Some provide ongoing peer and community support, while others create opportunities for learning, leadership development, mentorship, creativity, workforce experience and connection to resources and services.
