CWCLN invites you to join us in transforming your fitness routine and embracing the powerful combination of strength, flexibility, and balance. Bamboo Barre is a fitness class that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. It focuses on isometric movements, small pulses, and stretching to strengthen and tone various muscle groups, particularly the core, thighs, glutes, and arms with the use of bamboo poles, resistance bands, gliders and light weights.
