Kimberley John – Communications & Grant Specialist
Kimberley is an established equity educator with 20 years of work experience in higher education and non-profit organizations. As a proud member of the Afro-Caribbean community and reflective inhabitant of Turtle Island (Canada), Kimberley’s voice reflects the education endowed by elders and projects the wisdom of diasporic ancestors.
Kimberley’s intersecting identities and lived experiences, combined with her formal education in Sociology and career development, have equipped her to conceptualize and identify funding sources for social justice initiatives to provide racialized communities access to wellness and economic growth opportunities.
As an experienced writer with proven leadership skills, Kimberley is apt at aligning organizational objectives with curated storytelling and digital assets to support her client’s funding acquisition goals.
