18 May Program Highlights (April 2024)

During our April drop-in session, we had the pleasure of hosting a powerful presentation by Danielle James, a DONA certified birth and postpartum doula. Danielle shed light on the essential role of birthing doulas, both during childbirth and beyond. She discussed advocacy, birth preparation, support for parents and children during hospital stays or at home, postpartum follow-up, and more.
