17 Mar CWCLN at Hockey Talks Night with Bell Let’s Talk!
In early January 2025, CWCLN was invited to Hockey Talks Night, hosted by Bell Let’s Talk, in recognition of our ongoing peer support work for Black and racialized women and femmes. Thanks to Bell Let’s Talk’s generous funding, we are able to maintain and grow our peer support programs, ensuring culturally responsive mental health support remains accessible to our community.
CEO & Founder Sophia Jacob, along with Board Members Jennice Hinds and Sarah George, attended the event in the Bell Let’s Talk suite at Canadian Tire Centre, connecting with other organizations that Bell Let’s Talk has supported..
We extend our deepest gratitude to our dedicated peer facilitators for their tremendous work in creating safe, healing spaces for our community. Your commitment makes this work possible!
CWCLN remains committed to fostering community-driven mental health and well-being initiatives, and we are grateful for this continued investment in our work. Together, we strengthen the village!
