CWCLN: Elevating Our Work in 2025!

As we kick off 2025, the Canadian Women of Colour Leadership Network (CWCLN) is excited to expand our presence on LinkedIn, continuing to connect with an incredible community of advocates, partners, and allies. This platform remains an essential hub for amplifying the voices of Black and racialized women and showcasing the transformative impact of our work in local communities and across Canada.

About Us

CWCLN is recognized as a leading organization for creating meaningful change for Black and racialized women. With a foundation rooted in grassroots action and a growing regional and national presence, we address systemic inequities while fostering empowerment, economic opportunity, and community resilience. Starting at the local level, we deliver tailored programs and workshops that address the unique challenges our communities face. Our partnerships with organizations across Canada further amplify this impact, advancing initiatives such as advocating for workplace equity, providing skills training, and supporting leadership development. We’re committed to ensuring Black and racialized women in local communities have the resources, tools, and networks they need to thrive.
