26 May ORCC Community and Service Provider Expo

This month, CWCLN joined the Ottawa Rape Crisis Centre and other agencies at The ORCC’s Community & Service Providers Expo. The event was a fantastic opportunity to connect agencies with community members and showcase the various resources and programs available.

Lucille Collard, MPP for Ottawa—Vanier, attended the event, offering remarks and congratulating ORCC on their successful $200,000 Resilient Communities Fund grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF). The opening ceremony featured Elder Verna McGregor, who led a traditional song and welcome on the unceded territory of the Algonquin Anishinaabe peoples.
